How to Read
Shuffle the full deck while focusing on your role in the team. Draw 12 cards (including the significator). Card S in the center -- your role and position. Card 9 at the top -- the overall team spirit. Second row: 6 (past influences), 2 (intentions), 5 (authority). Middle row: 11 (shadow), 4 (hidden influences), S (you), 3 (positive connections), 10 (achievements). Bottom row: 8 (hindering factors), 1 (foundation), 7 (subordinates). Read from center to periphery, assessing the balance of positive and negative factors.
Tips & Advice
The spread is built as a pyramid with the apex (card 9 -- team spirit) and the base (cards 8, 1, 7). Your position (S) is at the very center, symbolizing you surrounded by the team. Pay attention to the contrast between cards 3 (positive connections) and 4 (hidden influences) -- they are side by side, showing what is overt and covert. Cards 11 (shadow) and 10 (achievements) on the edges of the middle row show the range of the team's possibilities. If card 9 is positive -- the team has good potential, if negative -- it's worth reconsidering your place in it.
