Earth Day tuning fork — 194.18 Hz
194.18 Hz is the tone of a single day, the solar (synodic) day: the frequency of one rotation of the Earth on its axis, raised by twenty-four octaves. It is the most “daytime” sound in the set, and tradition links it to the root chakra and to the energy of the body.

The day is a cycle people quite literally live by: sleep and waking, body temperature, hormones. Perhaps that is why this tone is credited with an invigorating effect, and, paired with Om (“Earth Day 5”), with bringing you back into a daytime rhythm.
The day has a second version, and it honestly gives a second frequency. The solar day lasts 24 hours and is a rotation relative to the Sun; the sidereal day is almost four minutes shorter, because the Earth moves on along its orbit in the meantime. The sidereal day gives 194.71 Hz. The difference can be heard: sounded together, the two tones beat about once every two seconds.
How this number is obtained
Octave ladder
Two values, and both are “official”
which day: solar, 24 hours → 194.18 Hz (Cousto) and sidereal, 23 h 56 min → 194.71 Hz (Cousto, on a separate row).
The solar day is a rotation relative to the Sun, the sidereal day a rotation relative to the stars; the Earth moves on along its orbit in the meantime, and the difference adds up to almost four minutes.

What tradition ascribes
Vitality, being “here and now”, a firm footing. The root chakra.
This is a system of correspondences, not the result of a measurement: controlled studies of planetary frequencies do not exist. We present the tradition because it exists and the practice is built on it — but we call it tradition.
