Su Jok right now: the energies of this moment

The current heavenly stems and earthly branches of the year, month, day and hour — and the Byol meridian open point that is active in the current two-hour period. The calculation uses your local time: the two-hour periods of the day are tied to the clock of the place where you are.

Detecting your local time…

How to read these codes

Each span of time — the year, the month, the day and the two-hour period — carries a pair of energies: a heavenly stem (one of the five elements in its yang or yin form) and an earthly branch (one of the twelve signs of the Chinese zodiac). The pair is written as a two-letter code, for example Kk. Su Jok practitioners use these codes to understand which energy colors a moment and to choose mindfully when to practice and when to start something important.

The open point is the heart of chronopuncture: the point on a Byol meridian through which, according to Su Jok theory, energy flows most harmoniously at a given moment. That is why the method works with this one point alone, with no additional points.
