1. Digital Products
Tarot AI credits are digital products that provide access to AI-powered tarot readings. Due to the nature of digital products that are consumed upon use, our refund policy has specific conditions outlined below. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which serves as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the purchase have been used. If you have used some credits from the purchase, a partial refund may be issued for the unused portion at our discretion. Refunds are not available for fully consumed credit packs. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits (such as a system error during a reading that consumed a credit without delivering results), please contact us and we will either restore the credit or issue a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@tarotai.app with the following information: your account email address, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes fairly and promptly.
