The twelfth zone is filled through understanding people. Such a person is interested in what is happening to whom and why — not for the sake of gossip, but for the sake of the answer.
They notice connections everyone else misses, and are usually the first to realise that something has shifted in a group or in a family. Out of this comes a good adviser and a good negotiator.
What matters is where it is aimed. The same interest slides easily into tittle-tattle, and then the powers of observation work against the person — people start closing off from them. The difference between the two modes is a single one: whether they help the person they are thinking about, or simply pass on what they know about them.
The best setting is one where their observations are listened to.
