The sixteenth arcanum gives solidity and firmness. Such a person stands their ground, and their position is a considered one rather than a stubborn one.

At the same time they are cold in what they show and hard in what they decide. If a relationship has stopped suiting them, they are capable of breaking it off at a stroke and without return — and usually more sharply than was required.

The strength is reliability and the ability to withstand what breaks other people. The sixteenth arcanum can be leaned on in a hard time.

The weakness is being unready for a transition. They accept anything new through resistance, and a rebuilding feels to them like destruction, even when it is nothing of the kind.

Day arcanum — character

Day arcanum = DT

The day of birth is the main part of the date. It is responsible for character and for what childhood was like, and along with that — for the past incarnation and for what a person brings out of it: inclinations, a craft, an attitude to work.

It is read as a general frame — much the way a zodiac sign is read in astrology: it describes a tendency, not the whole person. Character is made up of many numbers, and no one of them cancels out the rest.

The same arcanum can come from different days: for those born on the 1st and on the 23rd it coincides (23 − 22 = 1), but their ruling planets are different, and that shows in the character.

This is the positive part of the calculation — what a person starts from and can lean on, not a list of their limitations.
