The obstacle shows up as a need to control those closest to you, and it appears in two forms.
The first is through helplessness: "I can't manage without you", "I'll be in a bad way if you leave". The second is through direct pressure and control. On the surface these are opposites; in substance they are one and the same.
What it blocks is a genuine ability to lead. Behind this point is a person others follow willingly; but no one willingly follows a victim, and no one willingly follows someone who applies pressure.
What to do: apply that strength where it belongs — in work, in responsibility, in leading. Then it stops being needed at home.
