The fifteenth task is arranged unusually: someone with it shows the people around them where the line runs between what is honest and what is base. Often by their own example, and not always a positive one.
Any field is open to them; there is no restriction by profession here. Closest of all is everything to do with organising: gathering people, putting on an event, bringing sides together, leading others behind you.
The responsibility carried by this task is higher than usual. Such a person's actions become the reference point for those around them, and the difference between "this may be done" and "this may not" runs through them.
That is why the main thing here is to choose a side consciously. The fifteenth task is carried out when the person's own example shows how to act honestly, and not the other way round.
