Shuffle the deck while focusing on the relationship. Draw 19 cards. Card 1 at the bottom — the foundation. Cards 2, 3, 4 lower-left — her feelings. Cards 5, 6, 7 lower-right — his feelings. Cards 8, 9, 10 in the center — future developments. Cards 11, 12, 13 upper-left — her outlook. Cards 14, 15, 16 upper-right — his outlook. Card 17 far left — her outcome. Card 18 far right — his outcome. Card 19 at the top — the overall relationship outcome.
Tips & Advice
The left side of the spread is traditionally considered the 'feminine' side (but can be the querent's side), and the right is the 'masculine' (partner's side). Compare the trios 2–3–4 and 5–6–7: they show how closely the partners' feelings align now. Trios 11–12–13 and 14–15–16 show each person's outlook — look for harmony or conflict. Card 19 at the top is the final answer to 'what will happen?'. If cards 17 and 18 are harmonious but 19 is negative — external factors may interfere.
