Power of the Lineage

Uses a full deck. Question formulation: what is the influence of my ancestors on the current situation in my life? The spread helps reveal ancestral influences from both paternal and maternal lines, understand what we inherit and what we pass on.

Shuffle the full deck while focusing on the question about ancestral influence. Choose a significator (S) and place it in the center. Then draw 6 cards: cards 1 and 2 on both sides above the significator (father on the left, mother on the right), cards 3 and 4 even higher (family lines), card 6 at the top center (lesson), card 5 at the bottom (legacy). Read the spread as a family tree: from roots (3, 4) through parents (1, 2) to you (S) and your legacy (5).

This spread is especially valuable for those who sense repeating patterns in their life and suspect ancestral origins. Pay attention to the connection between cards 3–1 (paternal line) and 4–2 (maternal line) — if they echo each other, the ancestral influence is particularly strong. Card 5 will show whether you are breaking the negative cycle or passing it on.
