The thirteenth arcanum is about transformation. It is not about an ending but about the old having to give way to the new, and such a person always turns out to be the one who brings this about.

They cannot bear stagnation. Where everything has settled down, they are the first to feel that it is time for a change, and they take it on even when nobody has asked them to.

The strength is the ability to carry a change through to the end without taking fright in the middle, where things are worse than they were before. That is exactly what other people usually lack.

The weakness is breaking something before there was any need. The thirteenth arcanum would do well to check whether a thing has really outlived itself, or whether it is simply bored.

Day arcanum = DT

The day of birth is the main part of the date. It is responsible for character and for what childhood was like, and along with that — for the past incarnation and for what a person brings out of it: inclinations, a craft, an attitude to work.

It is read as a general frame — much the way a zodiac sign is read in astrology: it describes a tendency, not the whole person. Character is made up of many numbers, and no one of them cancels out the rest.

The same arcanum can come from different days: for those born on the 1st and on the 23rd it coincides (23 − 22 = 1), but their ruling planets are different, and that shows in the character.

This is the positive part of the calculation — what a person starts from and can lean on, not a list of their limitations.
