The obstacle takes different forms, but it is recognised by one thing: there is a great deal of work and no result. The person spends whole days at it, gets genuinely tired — and cannot show what came of it.
The second form is the reverse: the work is put off because it already looks pointless.
What it blocks is the ability to build. Behind this point is a person who can bring a matter to a stable state, but the obstacle trades that ability for busyness.
What to do: measure by what is finished, not by the time spent. Once a week, answer yourself honestly: what came into being this week.
