The obstacle shows up as a lack of inspiration. The person needs the circumstances to line up, the mood to arrive, someone to call them — and then they will get going. Until that happens they wait, and the waiting can last for years.
What it blocks is the ability to take charge. Behind this point is a person who can lead and hold a direction, but the obstacle persuades them that an external condition has to appear first.
What to do: begin without the mood. At this point inspiration comes out of movement and not before it — the order is the reverse of the familiar one.
A sign that it is receding: things get started by decision, not by a coincidence of circumstances.
