The obstacle shows up as getting involved in everything at once. The person has to know what is happening with everyone around them and to step in where they were not asked — usually out of a sincere sense of justice.
What it blocks is the ability to judge a matter. Behind this point is a person others come to for a fair decision; but someone who intervenes in everything loses the right to be the arbiter, because they stop being an outsider.
What to do: step in when you are asked. And keep what others have told you to yourself — whether people keep coming to you depends on that.
A sign that it is receding: not knowing becomes comfortable.
