The eleventh arcanum names harm done to another person's body: beatings, maiming, violence. The law is a heavy one and is read literally — there is no figurative sense here.
The descendant feels it as bodily vulnerability: injuries where others get away with a fright, long recovery, a heightened sensitivity to other people's aggression. Sometimes the opposite pole: a flaring temper the person cannot manage themselves and afterwards cannot explain.
The working-off is to protect other people's bodies and one's own. Never to raise a hand under any circumstances, to step between the one who is striking and the one being struck where that is within one's power. And to treat one's own health as an obligation to the lineage rather than as a private matter.
