The twenty-second task is the last, and it takes into itself all the previous ones: a person with it is free to choose any profession at all, there are no restrictions.
Its own part, however, is the upbringing of children. The difference from the third task is substantial: that one sets the child on professional rails, this one is concerned with the kind of person the child will grow into.
That is why what matters here is not instruction but presence: how much time the person spends with the children and what they see beside them day after day.
The task is carried out not through a result that can be produced and shown, but through what those who were beside this person grew up to be.
