20th arcanum in the first block

Interpretations are currently available in Russian only — a translation is in progress.

In the first block, the twentieth arcanum turns the task away from the state and towards the lineage. The community a person answers to here is their own family and their own line, not the country at large.

This reads as a return to what belongs to the lineage: to those close to you holding together, to traditions and the settled way of life, to passing on what the ancestors have accumulated. Here too belongs an interest in one's own ancestry, which often wakes up on its own, with no outside prompting.

The system also links this arcanum to social turns towards insularity — periods when people draw back together into families and look outward less.

The arcanum is also responsible for what is inherited — for what passes down the line of the lineage and is not chosen by the person: the system places illnesses of the lineage and genetic ones here. This is its difficult side as well: the feeling that the family decides for you, and that stepping out of its script is harder than it looks.

*These are propositions of the system itself, not a medical statement. Questions of health and heredity are settled with a doctor.*

Year arcana and vector

Year → two blocks → a pair of arcana and a vector

The year, read through the arcana, describes maturity: the task for the future, the attitude to one's own health, and the goal a person came for. What is examined here is the part of it that shows the drive — how strongly a person is pulled towards changing the state of things.

The year is split into two blocks of two digits each. The first — the beginning of the year: 19 or 20. The second — the last two digits; no reduction is performed, but if the result is greater than 22, 22 is subtracted from the number as many times as needed to arrive at an arcanum from 1 to 22.

The first block is responsible for the task towards the country and the people. The relation between the blocks sets the vector: the second greater than the first — the vector points up; the first greater than the second — down; equal — a point of balance, from which both directions are equally possible.
