The tenth arcanum is responsible for resources, and in the way life is now arranged that means money above all. Such a person senses where it is and how to approach it.

This is not greed and it is not calculation. It is more a nose for an opportunity: they spot what is worth having where others see something ordinary, and they are rarely left with nothing for long.

The arcanum is also bound up with changeability. The ten's position shifts more often than other people's: its rises and falls are steeper, and it adapts to that better than the rest.

The weak point is measuring in money what money does not measure. Relationships are the first thing to spoil under that approach.

Day arcanum — character

The day of birth is the main part of the date. It is responsible for character and for what childhood was like, and along with that — for the past incarnation and for what a person brings out of it: inclinations, a craft, an attitude to work.

It is read as a general frame — much the way a zodiac sign is read in astrology: it describes a tendency, not the whole person. Character is made up of many numbers, and no one of them cancels out the rest.

The same arcanum can come from different days: for those born on the 1st and on the 23rd it coincides (23 − 22 = 1), but their ruling planets are different, and that shows in the character.

This is the positive part of the calculation — what a person starts from and can lean on, not a list of their limitations.
