The nineteenth arcanum gives power in its full extent. Unlike the first, which is still only learning, this one knows how — and knows how on a large scale.

Such a person takes decisions confidently and carries their consequences. People follow them willingly: beside them it is clear which way to move.

The strength is the ability to lead and not to voice doubt where doubt would have brought the whole thing down. The weakness is that same confidence applied in the wrong place: the nineteenth arcanum rarely allows that it might have been mistaken, and is the last to find out.

With nowhere to apply that force, they grow heavy and start giving orders at home.

Day arcanum — character

Day arcanum = DT

The day of birth is the main part of the date. It is responsible for character and for what childhood was like, and along with that — for the past incarnation and for what a person brings out of it: inclinations, a craft, an attitude to work.

It is read as a general frame — much the way a zodiac sign is read in astrology: it describes a tendency, not the whole person. Character is made up of many numbers, and no one of them cancels out the rest.

The same arcanum can come from different days: for those born on the 1st and on the 23rd it coincides (23 − 22 = 1), but their ruling planets are different, and that shows in the character.

This is the positive part of the calculation — what a person starts from and can lean on, not a list of their limitations.
